The Xpertdoc Portal connector allows Smart Flows to communicate with the Xpertdoc Portal giving the ability to:
- Retrieve document(s) from Portal’s Content Manager
- Store document(s) in Portal’s Content Manager
- Execute Template Designer type templates
- Use Smart Form type Data Sets
- Leverage the Pausing and Resuming Flows capability
- Create custom operations with the Start Document Services flow block.
Use Cases
Document Management Path: Allows you to store documents in the Experlogix Content Management system. Gives the user the ability to edit the document and resume the flow or have more complex operations applied on the document via the Start Document Service flow block.
Adv. Template Design Path: Allows Designers to leverage the more complex rules available in Template Designer that Template Builder can't manage such as ordering of group/chart series and dynamic column looping.
Smart Form Data Path: Powers flows where more complex visibility or validation conditions are required in the user input step that a custom data set wouldn't support. The Smart Form Data path also enables Designers to send forms to an external user of the system to capture information.
